Payment Terms:

  1. 50% of the tour payment to be deposited when confirming the trip. This fund will be used to book air ticket and hotel rooms. Air tickets need to be purchased in USD.
  2. 50% of the balance payment can be deposited any time after the first deposited but latest before two months (60 days) of arrival date. The SDF will be paid with this deposit and visa will then be processed.

  4. If you wish to pay with a credit card, we will generate a payment invoice/link. There will be a 5% bank and processing fee (payment gateway)

Trip Cancellation Policy:

For a trip booked and subsequently cancelled, the following apply: in the package:

  • More than 60 days before start of travel: US $250 flat rate/per person + bank transfer charges
  • Between 60 – 10 days: 45% of the package cost retained as cancellation charges
  • Within 10 days: 100% of the package cost retained as cancellation charges

For air tickets issued and subsequently cancelled, the following apply: in the package:

  • 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel.
  • 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 30 – 10 days from the date of travel.
  • 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled prior to 04 (four) days from the date of travel.
  • No refund after four days from date of travel

*For tickets issued and subsequently rescheduled, the following applies. USD 50 rescheduling fee or equivalent local currency for every flight reschedule less than 72 hours prior to date of travel. No charges for business class passengers.
