Do you want to kick start some mindfulness and wellness activities in your life? There is no better place than Bhutan. Or do you want to share a mindfulness moment with a Bhutanese yoga and meditation practitioner?

The Meditation and Yoga class will be guided by Yoga Yangchen, who is a certified Yoga Teacher. In 2020, she completed 200 hours (month-long) Yoga Teacher Training Course at one of the renowned yoga schools (Rishikul Yogshala) in Rishikesh in India. Again in 2022, she completed a 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course from the same yoga school in Rishikesh.

The sessions will be conducted at interesting locations in Thimphu.
